A brand identity is a collection of graphic and visual elements that represent the essence, attributes, and values of a brand, company, product, service, or individual. These elements are developed coherently and consistently to create an organized visual system that projects a unique, recognizable, and trustworthy image. A brand identity typically includes brand strategy, a logo system, visual signatures, a color palette, typography, shapes, and supporting graphics. This system can and should be applied to different media.

The client’s involvement is crucial during the initial stage of the process, known as the briefing. This is where we gain a deep understanding of the brand and establish important guidelines that will guide the project’s development and ensure its approval. After defining a visual direction, the project becomes entirely my responsibility. Throughout the project, I am always available to clarify any issues, exchange ideas, or address any other necessary matters.

As a brand designer, it does not make sense for me to deliver or develop only a small part of a brand’s visual identity. Delivering an incomplete project would not be satisfactory.

No! Nowadays, it is easy to establish contact online through video calls or email, allowing for remote project development. The internet is a valuable tool that eliminates communication barriers and enables the creation of brand identity projects for brands worldwide.

On average, the development of a brand identity project takes 5 to 6 weeks. However, the timeline may vary depending on the project’s size and complexity. The final result is only presented when it accurately represents the client’s expectations and aligns with the brand’s vision. If you require an expedited timeline, we can discuss and come to an agreement. All deadlines will be discussed and defined in the initial proposal.

The final files agreed upon in the proposal will be delivered in EPS, JPG, PNG, or PDF format. After project approval, delivery will occur within 10 working days, along with instructions on how to use each format.

Payment should be made preferably through bank transfer. The payment should be divided into two installments: 40% at the start of the project, after the proposal has been approved, and 60% after the project has been approved following the presentation. However, we can define a personalized payment plan if necessary.
